DreamDeals facilitates property listings, lead management, inquiries, site visits, documentation workflows, and communication between parties. DreamDeals does not own, develop, or sell properties listed on the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use DreamDeals.
2.2 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities conducted through your account
DreamDeals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.
3. User Roles & Responsibilities
3.1 Customers / Buyers
- Use the Platform for personal property discovery and inquiries
- Avoid submitting false, misleading, or duplicate inquiries
- Do not bypass DreamDeals to directly engage builders or agents where restricted by agreements
3.2 Builders / Developers
- Ensure all property information, pricing, approvals, and availability are accurate
- Maintain valid licenses, registrations (e.g., RERA), and approvals
- Comply with local real-estate laws and disclosure requirements
3.3 Agents & Channel Partners
- Act ethically and lawfully when engaging customers
- Do not misrepresent properties, pricing, or affiliations
- Follow platform rules for lead handling and commission eligibility
4. Property Listings & Information Disclaimer
- All property listings, images, pricing, availability, and specifications are provided by Builders, Agents, or authorized partners.
- DreamDeals does not verify ownership, approvals, or legal validity of listings unless explicitly stated.
- Information displayed is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
Users are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence before making decisions.
5. Leads, Inquiries & Communication
- Leads generated through DreamDeals may be shared with Builders, Agents, or Channel Partners based on platform rules.
- DreamDeals may integrate with third-party CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for lead management.
- All communications must remain professional and lawful.
DreamDeals reserves the right to monitor or restrict communication to prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse.
6. Fees, Commissions & Payments
- DreamDeals may charge subscription fees, lead fees, or commissions as per separate commercial agreements.
- Payment terms, commission structures, and payout timelines are governed by signed agreements between DreamDeals and partners.
- DreamDeals is not responsible for disputes between Builders, Agents, or Channel Partners regarding commissions unless contractually obligated.
7. Platform Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer platform data
- Circumvent platform workflows or lead attribution mechanisms
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Misuse customer or business data obtained via DreamDeals
Violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
- All platform software, UI, branding, logos, content, and design elements are the exclusive property of DreamDeals or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
User-submitted content (e.g., property images, descriptions) remains owned by the submitter, but you grant DreamDeals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it on the Platform.
9. Data Privacy
Use of DreamDeals is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal and business data.
By using the Platform, you consent to such data practices.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
